- 2 pounds ground lamb
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of paprika
- 1 red onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 TBSP chopped fresh mint or cilantro
- Pinch of unrefined sea salt
- Shape the ground lamb into 12 –16 patties
- Cook for about 4 minutes per side for medium rare.
- Remove, and let rest for a few minutes.
