RESTART® is a 5-week program. Part nutrition class, part sugar detox, and part support group - a powerful and empowering combination for success!

With this Program, You’ll Conquer the Following:
Preparation. What foods to eat, resources, self-care tips.
The whole food challenge begins! Lesson on the importance of healthy digestion.
One week done! Lesson on proper blood sugar balance.
Two weeks done! Lesson about healthy fats and why they are vital to good health.
YOU DID IT! Celebration and reflection on the experience. Strategies for taking what you have learned and moving forward.
The RESTART® 5-week Group Program INCLUDES:
- 5 Weekly Classes: (In-person or Virtual. Virtual programs will be held via the FREE software, Google Hangouts.)
- Program Materials: Weekly guides in PDF format that include educational content and resources to support you along the program and beyond!
- Health Assessment Questionnaire: This questionnaire enables you to assess your health status when you begin the program and then compare it to your status when you complete the 5-week program!
- Weekly E-mail Support Between Classes: Motivational and empowering check-in messages to stay connected between classes.
- Exclusive access to my private Facebook group “RESTART® Program Participants - Gina Rieg of Simplified Wellness for You”: In this (optional) private Facebook group, you will interact with Gina (program instructor) and other program students (from both past and current classes), supplying EXTRA support, accountability and more! Share recipes, pictures of your meal, tips and tricks, ask questions and more!
*It's very important to be present for all 5 sessions. The sessions will not be recorded.

INTERESTED IN HOSTING A PROGRAM?
I have a wonderful opportunity for those who are interested in HOSTING a program. And of course, for being a RESTART® 5-week group program host, there's something BIG in it for you! Gather friends, family members, co-workers and the greater community for the program.
For successfully hosting a RESTART® 5-week group program, your registration will be completely FREE!
To successfully host a RESTART® program, you will need to:
- Gather committed participants for the program - a minimum of 8 participants for either In-Person or Virtual Group Programs.
- For IN-PERSON programs, it would be your responsibility to find a location to host (How about your home? It makes for a super comfy setting!)
- For VIRTUAL programs, of course, are at the convenience of our computers, so no need to worry about finding a space.
THAT'S IT! Pretty simple and again, as a class host, your REGISTRATION is FREE!
