Similar to how tangible and visible foods that we eat are nourishing OR NOT, the “invisible food” of thoughts & beliefs, emotions and words within ourselves are nourishing OR NOT.

Of course, nourishing with pure & simple foods is part of our lives and health. However, there are much bigger pieces here…

Are your thoughts and your beliefs nourishing you as well?

I’m not simply talking about “positive thinking” here…It’s much more!

Perhaps surprising to hear, this is at the top of the priorities and truths for the body and thriving health.

Much of what expresses physically FIRST exists emotionally, stemming from a thought/belief that we form.

Ask these questions:

  • What does it mean for our thoughts, beliefs and words to be nourishing?

  • What do we declare into existence with our thoughts, beliefs and words? (Words that we literally say, both internally and out loud to others)

  • Is there a match between our thoughts/beliefs/words and our actions?

Consider the following:

  • Burdensome / low frequency emotions, thoughts & beliefs, and words (internal and spoken out loud)

  • Dysfunctional programs & dysfunctional belief systems

  • Mismatches between thoughts/beliefs, words and actions

These are all often so discrete that most times we are completely unaware of it happening! Trust me, I know! I was definitely unaware of the intensity of this occurring within myself. Similar to healing responses that generate inflammation that brews in us from how we live our lives, the same happens within us with thoughts/beliefs, emotions and words.

Why aren’t we aware of it happening, you might be wondering?

Well, it’s because our subconscious mind runs us (from “programs”) roughly 95 - 98% of the time. So that means, most of us are NOT in our conscious minds the majority of the time! Most people might agree with that, however, are we aware of what this actually means? Think about it…”programming”…what “programs” are we running? How is it manifesting and shaping our lives and our health?

For example, how does believing something is “good” or “bad” or even “healthy” or “unhealthy” shift all this?

It’s a serious game changer.

Ideally, our thoughts and beliefs would match our actions and intentions. You’d be surprised how much they don’t.

Also ideally, we would run programs full of unconditional self-love, gratitude, self-worth, self-respect etc…all day long! However, we have NOT been taught to love ourselves unconditionally. When we truly look deeper, we can see that we’ve be “trained” so-to-speak, to suffer. We’ve been programmed to be in a constant soup of thoughts, emotions and words that elicit feelings of guilt, sorrow and sadness. We’ve been programmed to seek love outside of ourselves, not first and foremost to build it up within ourselves.

This might sound a bit odd, as it did to me several years ago…Actually, it might sound flat-out ridiculous! I assure you…It’s not. When it my time surfaced to attract this powerful learning and experience it, I definitely questioned and investigated within myself. So, I encourage you to be curious as well.

Let’s look deeper together!

For our most vibrant health, to truly heal, to FREE our minds and to prevent “dis-ease”, we must (we GET to) dissolve these deeply rooted dysfunctional programs and belief systems that keep us from our true self and optimal health. Remember…our programmed sub-conscious runs the majority of the time. Therefore, we must (we GET to) rewrite the programs, beliefs, stories, thoughts and word choices. We GET to MASTER this…not solely “manage” or “deal with it”. This mastering leads to “ease” versus “dis-ease”.

With this, you release and spring forward in momentum of turning that stubborn corner in your health journey! Imagine…unconditional self-love, FREEING your mind & MASTERING your thoughts, emotions and words! It’s all there for you.

In teamwork together, I listen and hear YOU so carefully, in order to observe how you use language. Trust me, you need someone from the “outside” for this. What might seem “minor” is not so “minor”.

Then, I support you with tools and strategies that you likely have not come across before! You FEEL the difference!
